Ordering

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid delays in processing. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

For wedding bouquet preservation services, your booking secures space in our studio and confirms your preservation date. Detailed instructions for next steps, including how to send your bouquet, will be provided after booking.

Shipping Information

Prints & Products

Orders for prints and other physical products typically ship within 2–7 business days of purchase. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed U.S. holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, and items purchased together may not always ship on the same day.

Wedding Bouquet Preservation & Framed Artwork

Fresh wedding bouquets are shipped to our studio by the client following the instructions provided during the booking process. Timing and packaging are important to ensure the best preservation results, and we are happy to guide you through each step.

Completed framed pieces are carefully packaged and shipped once preservation is finished. You will receive tracking information when your artwork is on its way. Local clients may also arrange studio pickup in Dubuque, Iowa if preferred.

Returns & Exchanges

Prints, Products & Gift Cards

All prints, products, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you have questions or concerns about a product you receive, contact us at hello@uplandcreative.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

Wedding Bouquet Preservation Services

Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of bouquet preservation, all preservation deposits are non-refundable. Each piece is created specifically for you using your own flowers, and studio time and materials are reserved once your booking is confirmed.

The remaining balance is due prior to shipping your flowers to our studio. Once the final payment is made and your flowers are in transit, the preservation service is fully underway and the balance is non-refundable.
