When to Ship Your Flowers
For the best results, we recommend shipping your bouquet the Sunday or Monday after your wedding.

If more than 4 days have passed, reach out anyway. In some cases, we can still work with your flowers depending on condition, though substitutions may be needed.

Because we're based in the heart of the Midwest, most brides in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and nearby states pay less than they expect and packages often arrive in 1–2 business days with standard ground shipping. Our $150 shipping kit includes a prepaid label, or we can send you a label separately so you handle the box.

Wedding flowers go through a lot — rain, heat, humidity, hours of handling. It's completely normal for some flowers to arrive in less-than-perfect condition, and it doesn't mean we can't create something beautiful. If you have concerns, send us a message and a few photos before you book. We can talk through what's salvageable and, if needed, discuss replacement flowers. We have a catalog to work from, or we can source fresh flowers from our wholesale florist for an additional charge.
