Based in Dubuque, Iowa, we’re centrally located in the Midwest — which means fast, reliable ground shipping from most states.

Packages from Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and surrounding states typically arrive in 1–2 business days, helping reduce shipping costs and transit time.

Shipping Options

Shipping Kit — $150

We send you everything: a sturdy box, packing materials, a prepaid label, and instructions. You pack it, drop it off, and you're done. Available for continental US orders only.

To receive a kit in time, your date needs to be reserved at least 3 weeks before your wedding.

Prepaid Label Only

Already have a box? We'll send you a label so you get a great rate without the guesswork. Our packing guide walks you through the rest.

When to Ship Your Flowers

For the best results, we recommend shipping your bouquet no more than 2-3 days after your wedding or event.

If you’re leaving for your honeymoon, a friend or family member can easily ship them on your behalf.

If more than 4 days have passed, reach out anyway. In some cases, we can still work with your flowers depending on condition, though substitutions may be needed.

Quick Packing Tips

A few simple steps to help keep your flowers in the best possible condition:

  • Keep flowers in fresh water until you are ready to pack them and keep moisture away from flower heads

  • When packing up your flower, wrap only the stems in a damp paper towel and cover with plastic to retain moisture

  • Keep the shipping box at normal room temperature and out of direct heat or sunlight

  • Ship your flowers as soon as possible after the event

Reserve your preservation date and we’ll guide you through every step of the process, from shipping to your finished artwork.
