Shipping Your Bouquet
We know shipping your wedding bouquet might feel daunting — don’t worry! I’ll guide you step-by-step so your flowers arrive safe and ready to be preserved.
Step-by-Step Shipping Guide
1. Timing
Ship your bouquet as soon as possible after your event — ideally within 1–3 days. This ensures the flowers are at their freshest and will preserve beautifully.
We recommend next-day or 2nd-day air shipping. Don’t worry — once your date is reserved, we’ll help you choose the most cost-effective option. (See Step 4 for more details.)
2. Packaging Tips
Proper packaging is key to keeping your bouquet safe in transit.
Use a sturdy box slightly larger than your bouquet (12×12×12 inches usually works well).
Check out our video on how to prepare your flowers for shipping for step-by-step instructions.
Be sure to include the order sheet provided during the booking process inside the box with your flowers. This sheet includes all the details we need to properly receive and care for your bouquet once it arrives.
3. Shipping Carrier Recommendations
We usually recommend UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air for the safest delivery.
Once your preservation date is reserved, we’ll work with you to send the shipping label in the most convenient and cost-effective way. This helps take the guesswork out of shipping.
4. Tracking & Notifications
If you purchase your own shipping label, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the delivery.
Rest assured — we’ll confirm when your bouquet arrives safely and is ready to begin the preservation process.
